12/13-15 Lifestyle & Ethics
Learning about yoga is more than postures. It is how you live yoga in your everyday life. Special emphasis is placed on creating space for self-transformation and self-empowerment. The training is based on the quote form the Bhagavad Gita "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." Theses studies of yogic guidelines provide the yoga teacher with a context and code of ethics, which supports both actual instructions as well as provides a touchstone for a business code of ethics.

Understanding alignment and how alignment can be different in different situations, cultures, and yoga practices. This portion of training is all about opening your mind and coming from a place of "Everyone is right" and no one is wrong.
