Breaking it down into 4 segments.
FIRST WEEKEND
AUGUST 1-3
EVERY WEEKEND WE MEET THE TIMES:
FRIDAY 5:30-7:30
SATURDAY 8:00-4:30
SUNDAY 8:30-2:30
Standing & seated asana
Core & arm balancing
Backward bends & inversions
Important modifications to suit all needs
and more
Our approach to alignment is understanding the foundations of the postures and enhancing the stability of each. The better aligned you are, the better your practice will become and the less likelihood of creating injury.
